Larry Higgins is not like most real estate investors – he’s a young blood in real estate having only spent three years. When he started, he had an in interest in real estate so he can cushion his retirement.
He never actually considered going full-time in real estate, though, at least not until he started working in a 9-5 cubicle job. It was at that point where he realized life is simply too short to waste away in front of a computer. He heard so much about being successful in real estate, so he decided to just jump right into it and see how far it would take him. He took a few seminars along the way, learned from the experts, got good at flipping houses, and never looked back.
Today, Larry tells us how he got started, who mentored him and how it influenced his current focus, his strategy when it comes to finding gold in return mails, and his tips for beginners.
