Phillip believes this type of business benefits the seller in two ways. First, you take the burden of the unwanted house from the people who transferred their parents to a senior living community. Second, you’re also helping the family get past an emotional moment in their lives. Phillip has over 20 years of experience in the industry and previously worked in sales at Verizon.
Phillip joins me today to share how he finds deals in senior living communities. He describes how he discovered that senior living communities were a constant stream of leads as well as referrals. He explains why this type of market is not for those who only look at the numbers and not the families involved. Phillip also discusses the two things that make the perfect lead and why you can’t just waltz into a senior home and expect to get deals immediately.
