FAQs:

Do I need to buy anything for this event?

No! Don Costa does offer future educational opportunities, but at no time will you need to purchase anything other than this ticket.

Do I need to be a tech whiz to participate?

Absolutely not! Zoom is very user-friendly, and you will receive further information prior to the event on everything from downloading the app to using key features.

Will I be stuck at my desk for 3 full days?

Nope! With Zoom you have the freedom to mute your microphone and turn off your camera, so if you need to step out of the room for a moment or stretch your legs you can do so with ease. We will also make time for lunch breaks so that you can stay refreshed and focused.
